We have worked with Bob and Chris for many years doing electrical underground for large commercial projects. Their prices are competitive, service is above and beyond what the competitors offer. The latest project was a 100,000sf single story school. We installed 29,000 feet of conduit underground for power and systems. There were many scheduling issues with other trades and weather that delayed and changed the flow of the job. Chris was always able to work with us to make sure that we were always done with our work ahead of schedule and with the best quality out there. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. As a plus, they are a joy to work with because of their upbeat and positive nature. I would highly recommend them for your project, no matter what the size. Looking forward to the next project. Thanks guys.
Residential Driveways
Whether you need to create a new driveway or fix an existing one, we have the experience needed to understand your country driveway needs.
Driveways are the most cost-effective driveways for country-living. However, over time, your gravel drive will inevitably develop potholes. Winter leaves all that pretty snow on your drive, but if you use a snow plow, you can expect your gravel driveway to be unrecognizable after the snow melts.
Water from snow melt and rain can wreak havoc anywhere, especially with gravel driveways. If you’re seeing consistent problems with ruts, washouts, and birm, your driveway probably has drainage issues. The solution is either to add enough gravel to make your drive higher than the areas surrounding it, or to install a ditch to pull the water away from the the gravel.
The reality is that any undulations will cause your vehicle to bounce down your driveway. Over time, this creates larger, deeper problem areas that will eventually be too big to ignore.
Bob Ames Excavating has decades of experience in creating and maintaining Rocky Mountain driveways. It doesn’t matter where you want your driveway, we can get you there!
