I had to trust Chris with regard to the work that needed to be done, the supplies needed, and the timeframe it needed to be done in. Chris was extraordinarily good at communicating with me every step of the way, by phone, text, and photos. Although the company was busy, he was able to fit me in to their schedule. Chris was on time, under budget, and honest. The work was top notch. Chris met all my expectations and more!
